Katora is my attempt to change that. A tool that answers your phone, books your jobs, and costs less than a tank of fuel. Built for the owner with a truck and a phone, not the company with a head office and an IT department.
I built this to be genuinely useful. Not to be impressive. There is a difference.

What we stand for
We say what we charge
$29 a month. $3 per call. Same rate on overages beyond your cap. No setup fees. No annual contracts. No hidden costs that appear on the second invoice. If the price changes, we tell you before it changes — not after.
We are honest about what AI can and cannot do
Katora is an AI. It is very good at answering calls, booking jobs, and handling the most common situations your customers call about. It is not perfect. Occasionally it will encounter a situation it handles imperfectly. When that happens, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
We will never pretend Katora is human when a customer directly asks. That is a line we do not cross.
We are on your side, not the caller's
Some AI call products are designed to maximise call time or upsell callers. Katora is designed to book the job and get off the phone. Your customer's time is respected. So is yours.
What you can expect from us
→ A real person responds to every support message within 24 hours. Not a bot. Not a template. A person.
→ If something goes wrong with your agent — a call handled badly, a booking missed — we will tell you before you notice, not after you complain.
→ If Katora is not working for your business after 30 days, we will refund your first month. No argument, no process.
